By accessing or using Shukly Store ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

Shukly Store is an open-source, decentralized marketplace demonstration running on the Arc Network testnet. It is provided for educational and testing purposes only. No real monetary transactions occur. All products listed are illustrative and not real.

3. Testnet Environment

All transactions on Shukly Store are executed on Arc Testnet (Chain ID: 5042002). Testnet tokens (USDC, EURC) have no real monetary value. We are not responsible for any loss of testnet assets.

4. Wallet & Private Keys

Shukly Store operates as a non-custodial platform. We do not store, collect, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet. Private keys are generated and stored exclusively in your browser.

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is for informational and demonstration purposes only.

6. Prohibited Use

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to exploit or manipulate smart contracts
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Introducing malware or harmful code

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of data, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shukly Store and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
