Last updated: January 2024 · Shukly Store
Privacy first: Shukly Store does not collect personal data. Your wallet keys never leave your browser. We have no backend user database.
1. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Private keys or seed phrases (these stay in your browser only)
- Personal identification information (name, email, address)
- Financial data or payment information
- Browsing history or tracking cookies
2. Information Stored Locally
The following data is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage and never transmitted to our servers:
- Encrypted wallet data (address only — private key encrypted with your password)
- Shopping cart contents
- Order metadata (transaction hashes, escrow status)
- UI preferences (e.g., banner dismissed state)
3. Blockchain Data
When you connect a wallet or execute transactions, your public wallet address and transaction data are visible on the Arc Network blockchain. Blockchain data is public by nature and cannot be deleted.
4. Third-Party Services
Shukly Store may interact with the following third-party services:
- Arc Network RPC (rpc.testnet.arc.network) — for blockchain queries
- Arc Explorer (testnet.arcscan.app) — public blockchain explorer
- Circle Faucet (faucet.circle.com) — for testnet tokens
- CDN resources (Tailwind, FontAwesome, ethers.js) — loaded from public CDNs
5. No Tracking
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or any form of user tracking.
6. Security
Wallet private keys are encrypted client-side using your chosen password before being stored in localStorage. We recommend using a strong, unique password. Never share your seed phrase or private key with anyone.
7. Children's Privacy
Shukly Store is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
