Step-by-Step Guide

1

Connect Your Wallet

Click Connect Wallet in the top-right of the page. MetaMask will prompt you to add the Arc Testnet automatically. Approve the network switch.

Tip: Brave users — use Brave Wallet or enable MetaMask. Both are supported.

2

Get Testnet Tokens

Visit the Circle Faucet and request free testnet USDC on the Arc Testnet chain. Tokens arrive in seconds.

These are testnet tokens — no real value. Safe to use for testing.

3

Browse & Buy

Go to the Marketplace, browse products, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. The escrow contract will lock your payment until delivery is confirmed.

Escrow Protection

Funds locked until you confirm receipt.

Non-Custodial

Only you and the smart contract hold funds.

4

Sell Products

Go to Sell, fill in product details, price in USDC/EURC, and publish. Manage your listings in My Profile → My Products.

5

Track Orders

Visit My Orders to track the status of your purchases. Confirm delivery to release funds to the seller.

6

Open a Dispute

If there's an issue with an order, open a dispute from the Order Detail page. Submit evidence (text, images, links), chat with the other party, and await resolution. Auto-resolution rules apply after deadlines expire.

Seller has 48h to respond. Buyer has 72h to submit evidence. Inactivity auto-resolves after 120h.

FAQ

Is my money safe?
Yes. This is a testnet environment — no real money is involved. All funds are simulated testnet tokens locked in a smart contract escrow on Arc Testnet.
Why does MetaMask show Arc Testnet?
Shukly Store runs on Arc Testnet (Chain ID 5042002). When you connect, the network is added automatically via MetaMask's wallet_addEthereumChain API.
What happens if a seller doesn't respond to a dispute?
The auto-resolution system detects inactivity. If the seller doesn't respond within 48 hours, the system marks the dispute as auto-refundable to the buyer.
Can I use Brave browser?
Yes! Brave's built-in wallet and MetaMask extension both work. If you experience issues, try disabling Brave Shields for this site.
